Our website www.retailtherapylavenham.co.uk is owned and operated by Retail Therapy Fashions Limited, 4 High Street, Lavenham, Suffolk CO10 9PX. You can always reach us by phone or fax: +44 (0) 1787 247478 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our office is usually manned from 10am until 5.30pm Monday to Sunday.
We have made every possible effort to ensure that the content of our website is accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to amend any errors or omissions at our discretion and will endeavour to do so at the earliest opportunity.
Please be aware that the actual colours and appearance of products may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen. Screen imagery is at a low resolution to enable acceptable download times.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
All products that are in stock are available for free immediate delivery worldwide.
All orders will be despatched as quickly as possible and delivered by various delivery partners including Royal Mail, UPS and DPD.
Average delivery time is 3-5 working days. If it is going to take longer, we will let you know.

We accept credit and debit cards and Paypal via our secure website. All items and orders are sold in GBP £ Sterling but we are able to accept credit card payments from all over the world.

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases but if for any reason you don’t, then any unwanted online purchases may be returned at the customer's expense. Online purchases must be returned in their original packaging, in a re-saleable condition and within 7 working days from the date of delivery, along with the original invoice/receipt. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Alternatively, online purchases may be returned in person to either of our Lavenham shops at 4 High Street CO10 9PX or 92 High Street CO10 9PZ. Items returned to the shops must be in their original packaging and condition, and within 7 working days from the date of delivery, along with the original receipt.
Refunds will be issued once we have received the goods in their original condition and with the original receipt. This refund includes the total cost of goods sent only, NOT the delivery charge, if applicable. If the goods do not reach us in perfect condition and in their original packaging then your right to a full refund may be affected.
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged in transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage and to obtain a proof of postage certificate.
Due to reasons of hygiene, we are unable to exchange Jewellery.
We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Retail Therapy Fashion Limited is able to exchange goods for a different size or colour only. We will dispatch your alternative item upon receipt of the returned item. When exchanging items, you may incur a delivery charge for the alternative item to be sent.

We offer free shipping worldwide. We have customers all over the world and we use the best possible service to get your orders to you, wherever you live.
Europe: 5 - 7 working days
Rest of World: 10 – 14 working days
We will endeavour to meet the delivery times quoted but please allow up to 21 days for your parcel to be delivered. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Overseas customers will be responsible for all import taxes and duty incurred.
