Our long-serving Shop Manager is moving on to pursue her artistic career and we are now seeking a dedicated individual to step into this exciting role.

If you answered YES, and you have your own transport, you could be the person we’re looking for!

Who We’re Looking For

• Ideally available 5 days a week (4 days considered)
• To assist in the overall management of TRENDS, Lavenham (Accessories for Her & Home)
• Able to work alternative weekends
• Shop hours: 10:00 – 5:30
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willing to cover all aspects of modern retail, both in-store and online

This includes (but isn’t limited to):

• Customer service & sales
• Visual merchandising & displays
• Pricing & stock management
• Ordering & admin
• Website updates & social media posts
• And yes… lots of selling!

Experience in a retail sales environment is essential.
We’re especially interested in applicants who aspire to one day run their own retail business – whether online, bricks & mortar, or both.

What We Offer

In return, we provide a good hourly salary of £14.50 (well-earned!) within an informal but professional work environment.
