Our long-serving Shop Manager is moving on to open her own business and so we are now seeking a dedicated individual to step into this exciting role.

FULL TIME RETAIL MANAGER
Lavenham, Suffolk

This is NOT just another shop job.

We are looking for a genuinely committed, energetic and commercially minded retail professional to help lead our two established ladies fashion & accessories shops in Lavenham.

We need someone who understands retail properly…

·      Someone who can SELL

·      Someone who motivates customers and staff alike

·      Someone who takes pride in standards, displays and customer experience

·      Someone who understands that successful retail is about energy, personality and commitment 5 days a week including some weekends

In short, we want someone who can turn browsers into buyers and genuinely help drive the business forward.

This is a hands-on customer facing role for a high performer and the salary reflects that.

💷 Circa £30,000+ for the right person
