Shipping policy

We will notify you as soon as your order has been dispatched and update you with any relevant tracking information. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Domestic Delivery
Retail Therapy offers FREE UK DELIVERY which may be via Royal Mail or another delivery partner such as DPD or UPS. We try to use the most efficient and quickest way. The average delivery time for domestic delivery is 3-5 working days. If it is going to take longer, we will let you know.

International Delivery
We currently offer delivery to Europe, North and South America, Australia and New Zealand. If you would like your item to be delivered to a Country which is not listed, please let us know as we will be able to give you a quotation for shipping costs.

Delivery times are estimated as follows:
Europe: 5 - 7 working days
North America: 7 - 10 working days
Australia: 7 - 10 working days
New Zealand: 7 - 10 working days
South America: 7 – 10 working days

Costs are calculated at the checkout.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and vary from country to country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the exact cost will be (if there is any).

We will endeavour to meet the delivery times quoted for all destinations but please allow up to 21 days for your parcel to be delivered. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
