Refund policy

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases but if for any reason you aren't, then any unwanted online items may be returned at the customer's expense. Online purchases must be returned in their original packaging, in a re-saleable condition and within 14 working days from the date of delivery, along with the original invoice/receipt.

Refunds will be issued once we have received the goods in their original condition and with the original receipt. This refund includes the total cost of goods sent only, NOT the delivery charge, if applicable. If the goods do not reach us in perfect condition and in their original packaging then your right to a full refund may be affected.
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged in transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage and to obtain a proof of postage certificate.
Due to reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund Earrings.
We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery.
If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us immediately.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
