EXPERIENCED RETAIL SALES PERSON REQUIRED

Can you turn Browsers into Buyers?

Retail Therapy and TRENDS in Lavenham are looking for an experienced, confident and genuinely sales-focused person to join our friendly and capable team.

Please be clear: this is an active selling role. We need someone who can:

·       Approach and engage customers naturally

·       Ask the right questions and understand their needs

·       Recommend suitable products and alternatives

·       Build buying confidence without applying pressure

·       Recognise sales opportunities and confidently close the sale

Being friendly, reliable and interested in fashion is important—but it is not enough. Just as a taxi driver must be able to drive and navigate, an experienced Salesperson must be able to communicate with customers and sell.

Applicants must have proven face-to-face retail sales experience and be comfortable working towards daily sales targets.

The right person will represent an annual employment cost to us of approximately £34,000, so we are looking for someone who can genuinely deliver the skills and results described.
